Wonderful
This machine is not only useful but also a delight to look at it's copper finish makes it very attractive. I have only used it once but I was able to make some lovely noodles. One very small niggle, the method of fixing it to the worktop allows for only one way ( had to wor aroud it as my worktop was not oriented in a suitable way to use the machine correctly. If the design were such that it could be fixed from either side it would have been so much easier.
