Best affordable bands for BFR training! The only perk I found is that there are no instructions how to use them. So try and make them tight, but not too tight. That did the trick.

I ordered this as I liked the design using a metal loop for the band to loop back through which I thought would last longer than a plastic buckle. I returned this due to two problems: only a small length of the band is elastic, the rest is solid material which does not stretch. This limits the amount of stretching available compared to other models which are all elastic. Also, the length of velcro is very small, which means if your arm is not big enough already, you cannot tighten the band enough to make any effect on your arm. The design was initially good, but is ruined by them trying to save money on elastic and velcro.

They work a lot I think it helps give more of a shape.
