This is super easy to use. It comes with a box of filters so you will be ready to go when you open the box, and you will know what filters to buy later. It’s also a whole box and not loose filters.Super easy to clean. The ceramic is durable and thick enough to feel substantial and not worry about breaking. It fits on a variety of sized mugs. Have used it on my 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, and 20oz mugs. Can also use it on my 1 cup measuring cup when I am making iced coffee. Will also fit on top of my 40oz insulated tumbler.I started out with the plastic one hole pour over cone, and loved the stronger flavor. I was disappointed when I saw this had 3 holes, but the coffee drains about the same rate as with the one hole model and the flavor is still rich and bold.This process takes longer than Keurig, but about the same time as a traditional drip, but with much better results.Liked it so much that I bought a second one for my mother.Makes for a bolder flavor coffee for iced coffee.

Love. The best one cup pour over. Was very upset when my husband broke my first one, but just ordered another.Perfect amount of holes so the coffee brews slowly.

The first time I used it I was very abscent-minded. I had the cone filter in it, added the coffee, then poured the boiling water over the coffee. Trouble is, I hadn't put it on the mug. Oops. Coffee everywhere.. Bounty really is the quicker picker upper. Whew. Next, I put it on the mug and tried again. Success!At least my mistake taught me something about this product. There are three holes in the bottom and I saw how fast the coffee went through it and onto my kitchen counter. I am using more coffee than I did initially because the water moves through the coffee too fast for my preferred strength.This item is heavier than I expected, but that is neither a plus nor a negative for me. I'm just careful when putting it on the mug, making sure I don't chip the mug's rim.

A person needs to hold this on top of their cup while brewing coffee as it is not steady or secure. However, it works as described and makes a wonderful cup of coffee.

Personable I hae coffee but my spouse is addicted to the stuff. This works as a simple solution to the morning cravings. It is also a way to filter other liquids. Travels well or can be used at home .
