Hicarer Quartz Pendulum Trigger Clock Movement Chime Westminster Melody Mechanism Clock Kit with 3 Pairs of Hands

It was easy to install but there was one thing I didn’t like and that was the chime. It was a very low sound plus i didn't think it had a good sound, so i turned the chime sound off. Other then that it looks nice in my walk clock and runs well.

Mom has a wall clock that uses this style of mechanism . When it gave up the ghost after 30-ish years, she was unhappy to say the least. Rather than toss the whole thing, i picked up this kit and replaced the guts. Well, most of the guts, the chime in this one isn't the best, and the old one had sentimental value. Luckily, the chime is it's own box, with the wire to the clock just going to a switch, no polarity to worry about. Assembly is easy, and the hands come in a choice of "Classic" or"Modern" styles. If you're like me, and needed to retrofit into a clock with a small-ish face, the modern ones are simple enough to trim the hands with a pair of shears to shrink the length without looking funny. A good option if you need a quartz movement with both a pendulum and a chime.

It seems to keep good job But the charm sounds pretty bad The pendulum swinging back-and-forth. Sounds like it's ticking like a old-fashioned clock. I give it 4 out of 5 star. S if the charm sounded better.

Clock mechanism fit as sized in the ad. However, the hands were too long for the clock face and had to be shaved smaller. Liked having a second hand capability. The gold pendulum was way too short for the clock and hung just under the face, rendering it unusable. The chime was not good, even for something electronic.

not a working item-will not keep time and chime sounds like a sick chime -I have rebuilt several old clocks and never have been so disappointed in this replace kit

The price for the item was low, but so is the sound of the chimes. The clock mechanism is ok so far, but we took the battery out of the chime mechanism because it was not anything like our old one from Klock-it. Unfortunately, Klock-it no longer sells the item.

The clock piece works great The sound box is not that loud when in the clock is is very hard to here

No sirve, ni una semana y se paro. No da la hora bien y suena una campana horrible. No lo recomiendo.
