Could this be used to provide actual fader controls for a behringer x-air xr16 or a-air xr18?

Yes, this is in all a extended controller unit.

Are these motorized faders? also, is it plug and play with logic pro x?

Yes the faders are motorized, they move to volume/pan automation, etc. I personally use it with Logic Pro, so yes

Will this work with the monitors behriger P16?

The P16M is designed for personal monitor mix receiving it’s proprietary signal from either the aux sends or P16 distribution from Behringer digital mixers such as the XR series or the X32 mixers. The X-Touch will work with the XR series for hands on control when iPad or Android control may not be preferred. It also works with the DAW as a controller for more detailed adjustments in recording which is probably it’s greatest feature. It is not designed to control the P16M.
