Holy hair, skin and nails growth, Batman! I was not too sure. These would actually work to help care and nails be healthy, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It’s not an instant thing, but after a while of taking them hair is stronger nails grow longer, I am quite impressed.

Has helped my nails and hair a lot. Nails don’t break as easily and hair feels thicker.

I have been having a lot of hair loss that has caused my hair to be noticeably thinner, not just by me, but others have commented on it. I started taking this product for roughly a month and I there has been a noticeable reduction in hair fallout. I had been using a different biotin supplement that usually worked for me, but I believe my current hair fallout is related to diet and I thought to try a supplement with "keratin". This product works. I give four stars because I think it would have worked faster/better had the biotin been higher.

I've tried other skin/nail/hair preparations before with mixed results. Mercola's Hair, Skin, and Nails is by far the superior supplement. Within just a few days, my skin was noticeably more supple and not itchy. Highly recommend.

Also, I lose more hair than my malamute, and don’t seem to have any lack of it, and it grows more quickly in length. I usually order it from the original seller, but I never like to run out.

Have only been using the product for about 14 days so it isn’t possible yet to comment on efficacy. However as a Mercola product I anticipate that it will work and my hair will become healthy, thick and lustrous!
