Before Review -- This is one of the very best honeys. Such a quality produce and a excellent taste and beautify color. I love it. I will be ordering more.New Review -- I did order more. And I did have a chance to look at this honey and taste it against another honey without paying attention to it being tested in my mind and tongue. It is an absolute eloquent honey both in teste and color. I do love to eat this honey and to look at it in my glass honey dispenser. Yep…I will order it again..

Clover honey (ick) vs. Orange Blossom honey (yum).
Decades ago I developed a taste for orange blossom honey. I find it far tastier than clover honey. But, as I mentioned in a recent review of maple syrup, it's getting harder to find in the grocery stores. And more expensive. Thank goodness for Amazon! When the supply of my last orange blossom honey (purchased on Amazon) was running low I went shopping for it again. I found (via both lengthy Amazon and Google searches) it was no longer available! (Something about a college in Florida shutting down its orange orchard or something.)Alas, I bought this Winter Park Honey -- and discovered it's every bit as good and tasty as my previous purchase! It will be a sad day if/when all the bees die, all the orange trees freeze and/or humanity is stuck with only clover honey. I love orange blossom honey!

Delightfully light with subtle overtones of flower blossoms
I had recently run out of my quart of local honey which is truly a wonderful honey so I went looking for a small bottle to get me through until I can contact our local producer. I ran across this raw orange blossom honey and wanted to give it a try to see if there was a difference.I've never tasted another orange blossom honey to compare it with, but I do find that this Winter Park Honey to have a smooth delightful taste that doesn't have that honey comb taste that the store bought honey has. A very pleasing light taste with a hint of blossoms. Wonderful in hot tea or on hot cereal.

Delicious and delicate.
I expected this honey to be exactly what I have always found all around Florida, but Winter Park's version is a bit lighter and more delicate with an almost peach-like aftertaste. Like many delicate and low water raw honeys, the glucose likes to crystallize out as there's not enough water in the honey to keep it in suspension. Warm the honey bottle in a water bath making sure you don't actually get it hot, where you would lose then benefits of the rawness of the honey (enzymes et al.) and the honey will smooth back out. I love all but a very few of Winter Park Honey's Honey choices.

Great Gift Idea!
I purchased this honey for my sister for Christmas. She loves honey and her absolute favorite is the Tupelo honey made from Winter Park Honey from Orlando, Florida. They make the best honey. I purchased the Tupelo and the Orange Blossom. The Tupelo is a bit pricey but it's worth it! This company really knows their honey and go that extra mile to make it better than most, and they take care of their bees, too! Awesome honey!

Tastes is very nice
I really prefer orange blossom honey and this is very good. This tastes great in hot tea. I marked it down one star because the lid was broken, when it arrived. I do plan to order more.

Great Product
This is the fourth time I have purchased from Winter Park Honey for me my college student (entomology-Bees). They have a great selection of the standard and more rare types of honey. We have both been very pleased with their products.
