Good design for birds & people
This suet feeder is well constructed of long lasting materials. The long tail support section enables the birds to more easily eat the entire block of suet. It is very simple to slide the top up the support cables, allowing easy replacement of the sewer block. No clips to fumble with to get open or to pop open by accident.

Very well made
This good looking suet feeder is well made and the birds like it. Works great and should last a long time.

Sturdy, attractive, good quality-no birds.
For some reason our PA winter birds have not figured out how to use this. I even hung it near a bird feeder slightly above, hoping birds would see it. Traditional suet cake holders get plenty of use. It is very nicely made & attractive-just need to figure out how to get birds to find the suet.

Well made suet feeder
Natural, well constructed feeder. Woodpeckers feed upside down which makes them easy to observe. Took a week before birds became aware of new feeder.

Cedar Wood Upside Down Bird Feeder
This was purchased as a gift. The feeder was shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. It is a beautiful feeder that is built well. The recipient loved it! Since I have not personally used it, I do not have direct feedback on the use of the product or it's longevity but it does seem to be sturdy. I would purchase again for my own yard.

OK looking suet feeder
Bought this because it was a suet feeder that forced birds to hang upside down to eat the suet which was supposed to eliminate sparrows, etc., and because it looked in the pictures like it was nicely made. Sparrows don't have a problem eating the suet and the feeder is rather cheaply constructed out of lower quality wood. Still my suet is mostly being eaten by sparrows, some grackles and few songbirds or woodpeckers because they are chased away by the invasive birds.

Woodpeckers love it!
I really had low expectations that woodpeckers would even locate this feeder but to my surprise, there was one woodpecker on the feeder within an hour of hanging it. It’s now been a few weeks and woodpeckers are continually visiting the feeder. There is even a pileated woodpecker who stops by on occasion.

If you want to deter woodpeckers from pecking at your house
Get this! Over the past few months, despite being surrounded by trees, woodpeckers would be pecking at our home. I read online about the woodpecker feeder and decided to try it out. The first week the feeder was out I would still hear the woodpeckers pecking at our house but as they slowly discovered the feeder it became less and less. A month later and the only pecking that is happening is at the feeder. As a bonus, I can enjoy watching the different species of woodpeckers fly to the feeder. I love nature, just not so much when they're destroying my home :)

Sturdy and functional feeder
Easy to assemble, was able to hold large suet cake. Birds are now bumping each other to get to the feeder! Will need another one!

It came broken
The roof was in half when it arrived. It required some fixing. Cheaply made.

Woodpeckers and nuthatches love it!
This is fantastic to fool the squirrels, starlings and any other bird. The woodpeckers and nuthatches love it and the duet lasts much longer. Very sturdy construction and easy to refill with another suet cake as needed.

Product looked ok...apart from the fact I only got half of it! Roof section was completely absent. Sent it back for a refund.
