Just the right T-Slot nut for any 20 series extrusion
These worked well and screw holes are machined correctly and fits in the extrusion correctly as it should

T-nuts...meh
Cheap t nuts...the pro side is they are cheap and plentiful, the cons is that about 40% are unusable due to burs. Only way I can use them is to file EACH and EVERY one that doesn't fit at first.

Cheap for a reason
These worked but my fingertips are still numb from filing them. I had to file the burrs off of 30+ of the 100 to get them to fit into the extrusion slot. They also had inconsistent thickness. Fine for the price but beware of poor tolerances and finishing.

Burrs make most unusable without filing them off
The overall dimensions are good, and fit really well... however most of them have burrs that prevent insertion without first filing them. I don't want to hand file 100 nuts. No thanks. Gonna smash that return button.

These have to be slid in from the edge opening.
The easiest way to use them for me was to premount them to the rail and then slide the nuts into the channel.

Works great, good product
These work perfectly with my 2020v and 2040v extruded aluminum parts. I have been able to apply a significant level of torque without any stripping or any other problems. Holds everything I’m attaching firmly in place.
