What a great product! It gets to work right away. First day I got it I only took 1 dropper which is 1ml but you can take up to 3ml. I was coughing up phlegm pretty good for like 2 days. I recently quit smoking and its hard to find a product that feels like its actually helping. Makes me want to keep going! Only thing I would say is take with caution, if you have kidney issues.

How i took it was I just mixed 1mL in a small cup of cold water and drank it. It didnt really have a flavour and it helped hydrate me too! Highly recommend!
