Has helped my energy level and gut health.
This seems to have helped my gut issue (brought on by stress) and my energy has increased. My ND informed me my body doesn't detox like it should which made me look into this. I have chronically low energy and am fatigued a lot. Since taking this, I feel less tired, more energetic and my spirits are a bit higher. I have noticed that my PMS cramps are AWFUL this time around so maybe that's part of the detox. It's been a little over a week. Will update after a couple of months.

It.'s very important to know the supplement facts
I didn't like the lack of honesty as I bought several times this product because, with one capsule there was 800mg.of zeolite.And to my surprise I recently checked now you have to take two capsules for 1000 mg. for the same price, that is not honestwas 800 mg.
