Loving this, from a reputable brand. It’s effective and easy to use. I spray it with isopropyl alcohol to clean it and then am using it a few times a week along with my retinol and on my scalp with minoxidil. It’s too soon to tell how much this is helping but I’ve gone for a length that is suitable and doesn’t cause damage. I think it’s great value for money overall and worth trying out.

I’ve been using this for just over 3 months now and I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my skin. I bought it to target the skin on my neck which had lost elasticity. I use it every other day and it really does help with absorption of serums/ moisturisers and results in skin looking and feeling much better. My only gripe is that it’s a bit squeaky sometimes as you roll it back and forth but for the money I’m very happy.

Good item, easy to use and clean, feel like it does allow skin care to penetrate skin better. I’m glad I got this roller and it is now within my skin care routine

Excellent quality, ease of use was great, exactly what I needed it for as I have started to derma roll my scalp for hair growth - I would recommend buying alcohol solution to sanitise the derma roller inbetween uses. I would recommend this product.

I recently purchased this to try micro-needling for the first time as the needles were the smallest. It is easy to use, does not hurt and makes a big difference to your skin as it allows my face products to sink in. Comes with a clear plastic box to keep it in. Purchased with a separate spray to keep the roller clean. Highly recommended and great value for money.

If I’d have researched about these derma rollers, I wouldn’t have purchased this. It doesn’t do anything for your skin just hurts and damages it.

Old face lol. So it has its work cut out, using with hyaluronic cream. Been using a few weeks. Not noticed a difference yet. Worth a go for the price.

It’s just tiny needles.” Spoiler alert: my face disagreed at first. First use felt like I was lovingly stabbing myself with a cactus. I looked in the mirror like a brave warrior mid-battle. But then—oh boy—the glow. Within a week, my skin was smoother than a conspiracy theorist’s explanation. My forehead? A porcelain countertop. My cheeks? Bouncier than my rent payment. I don’t fully understand the science. I think it tricks your skin into panicking and sending in the collagen troops like, “WE’RE UNDER ATTACK—GLOW, DAMMIT!” Also: applying serum afterwards makes you feel like a celebrity with a 14-step routine and zero responsibilities. Do I enjoy pricking myself repeatedly? No. Will I keep doing it for this baby angel skin? Absolutely. Highly recommend. Just don’t use it if your pain tolerance is somewhere between “papercut” and “stubbed toe.”

I use this once a week with PDRN serum and it's changing my acne scars to be less and less. I am so grateful for this. I will repurchase probably every 3-6 months to keep it clean/high functioning. I like the price. I love it compared to other brands I've tried. The needles feel like they are spaced well. I would recommend.

I am a retired Medical Esthetician with sensitive skin and read a lot before purchasing the Kitsch Micro Derma Roller. I wanted a face roller that didn't hurt or damage my skin and this one is gentle (no pain) but effective! I just started using it 3 days a week (M, W, F) after applying Eva Naturals Collagen Peptide Complex Serum in the am after cleansing and following with Dermasome Moisturizing Relaxant Moisturizer (both unscented) and while I haven't seen a difference in fine lines and wrinkles yet I love the way my skin feels and has no irritation.

I was new to microneedling but saw that this had great reviews so decided to try it out. It is nicely made and lightweight. It felt great on my skin and did not irritate it like I thought it might. I have only been using this a week so we'll see how well it works in the long run.
