F Dick 8102823 Frozen Food Knife 9" blade stainless steel

This was my first time using a frozen food knife. There were some unexpected difficulties to cutting chicken while frozen; it's difficult to secure the chicken while cutting, it's difficult to hand-wash the blade because it's a double-edged serrated knife, and while cutting with the saw-edge of this blade, little pieces of ice and maybe chicken tend to fly off.The knife itself is bendable but very sturdy. The plastic handle doesn't move at all and should last as long as the blade itself. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it might have been better if the blade were thicker and not bendable at all. Sometimes while using the saw-edge, the blade wobbles and starts digging a new groove, and that might not happen with a stiffer blade.

I bought this knife to cut through frozed hamberger. The frozed hamberger must sit out of the freezer for about 15 minutes. Even though it's still quite frozen, the smoother side of the knife does quite well. It's a little work, but, works pretty well.

Ich benötige das Messer um das gefrorene Fleisch für unseren Hund zu schneiden. Wenn das Fleisch leicht angetaut Ist, ist es gut - das Fleisch lässt sich recht gut schneiden. Im komplett gefrorenen Zustand ist es leider auch nicht viel leichter als mit herkömmlichen Messern...hatte mir mehr von versprochen.

Das Ding sieht super aggressiv aus und schneidet alles, aber leider kein gefrorenes Fleisch. Deswegen leider nur 1 Stern. Kauft Euch eine gute Säge, das funktioniert.
