I bought Dogswell Vitality for Dogs Chicken Breast for my finicky Boston Terrier after visiting my mom's and she gave him a dried chicken meat treat which he devoured. But I didn't like how brittle and hard the jerky treat was and made me concerned about him choking on it, even after breaking them into bite size pieces. I found Dogswell Vitality for Dogs at Target and gave it try after feeling through the bag that it wasn't as hard as the other dried meat treats with a slight bendable feel to it plus the disclaimer that the flaxseed and vitamins included helped dog's healthy eyes, skin and coat. The reason the disclaimer appealed to me is my dog has dry, flaky skin and occasionally gets dry patches.I have tried all types of shampoos, both prescribed by the vet and store bought, even RX fish oil pills from my vet, which I disliked giving my dog because I don't like putting pill in mouth daily since I couldn't trick him by putting it on his food. I can say none of them worked near as well as Dogswell Vitality for Dogs Chicken Breast for his skin problems.I've been given my dog, who weighs approx. 18 lbs., two to three strips a day broken into bite size pieces for nearly two months now. After about two weeks, I noticed the flaky dry skin scales weren't as noticeable and now it's barely noticeable at all. When I noticed the difference at two weeks I started ordering Dogswell Vitality for Dogs Chicken Breast through Amazon's Subscribe and Save program because I knew this treat was going to be a regular part of my dog's daily meal plan going forward and the program helps cut the cost of these expensive dog treats.I do recommend in an additional to this treats zip bag, putting the treats in a second ziploc type bag to help keep the jerky strips from drying out further and loosing it small bit of moisture. I have found this keeps the jerky strips as moist as when you first open the bag. And even though these jerky treats aren't as brittle and hard as it's competitors, they are still brittle enough that I feel I need to break them into bite size pieces for my dog.

I was so happy to read they are made in the USA, not only that but they are grain-free, no anti-biotics, no artifcial ingredients, and they use real chicken breast dark and white meat, and duck meant dark and white meat as well.This had me very happy, and I was ready to to order. Once I received my package, I gave my dogs some and and it was true love from there on in. They were doing their little dance to get a treat, it makes me melt each time. I love that the bags have a ziplock feature to ensure the treats will remain fresh for them to have each time I open the bag. I will be repurchasing, and I will also try some other flavors, I have one other flavor on backorder, but I hope to get it soon.I have always been skeptical of dog and cat food that I give my fur babies. They must be made in the USA without question. Dogswell is living up to it. I recommend trying the Chicken & Mango your dogs will love it!

The media could not be loaded.  My 14 week old puppy can't get enough of these! In fact we have a basket in the corner of the room with all of her treats and necessities and each and every time she sniffs out this particular treat out of all the others to bring to me! Now that tells me this is a quality product that beats the rest in a real "taste test"I don't feel like this is necessary at "treat food" because of all the good ingredients. In fact, since all Dogswell Products feature real clean, real meat and offer real benefits including no grains or gluten, no by-products and no added sugar..... I don't feel guilty at all giving into her with some extra treats! Each treat is perfectly sized to make them "work" for it, it will keep them occupied for a few minutes and help calm them down or redirect them if you need to distract them for a moment. I will certainly be a returned customer.

These are absolutely the best dog treats I have purchased. My dogs are extremely picking, but they love these. And guess what else loves these? ANTS! I opened my new package last night and didn't seal them tight and ants attacked them. I had to throw them away, but believe me, I will purchase them again because these are the best dog treats. I love knowing that they are made in the USA and have healthy ingredients. I love my dogs and want to give them healthy treats! They look and smell so good I almost want to try them, haha, but my dogs let me know how much they love them by the look in their eyes. Buy these, no disappointment with these!

Our fiesty 1 year old Labrador/Pitbull mix can NEVER sit still for a treat, but as you can see in the attached photos, he is sitting SO patiently for these perfectly portioned Jerky treats! He loves to take his treat to another room and eat it a couple bites at a time, which is rare as well because he usually wolfs everything down! Lol! I'm going to guess that these natural, healthy treats are TOO good that he wants to enjoy every bit of them. We have made these treats a part of his daily training and it feels great to know that I'm feeding him treats with NO fillers, no by-products and ingredients that will help his growing body. I would recommend these mostly for larger dogs, as the pieces are hard to rip apart. We give our pup the whole thing and he has no trouble.

My puppy goes crazy over these!! All I have to say is “You want a piece of Mango” and she comes running. It’s her favorite treat. I feel better giving her this than some other dog treats be there are only a couple ingredients and no artificial colors or added sugars. You do have to be careful because sometimes the ends can be hard and I e found some really sharp pieces so I just run them under some warm water and it softens nicely. I’m going to try some other flavors and hope she likes them as much.
