My child is Autistic and ADHD and these have been life changing for him/us. He could never sleep- it affected his whole day, his focus, his behavior. Bedtime has always been a struggle with my 6-year-old daughter who is autistic and has ADHD. We started with half a gummy, but it didn’t make much difference. Now I give her one gummy about 30 minutes before bed, and it really helps. She’s calmer and falls asleep more easily.I don’t use it every night, just on the tough evenings when I’m too exhausted to spend hours trying to calm her down. It’s been a big help for both of us, and I plan to repurchase. The raspberry flavor is a bonus since she actually likes taking it.

I appreciate the transparency of ingredients on all apply products. These are wonderful for occasional sleep support in children who may otherwise be struggling with a change in schedule. Works like a charm every time. My 4 year old FIGHTS sleep so hard. One of these irresistably delucious gummies, and 20 minutes later she's putting herself to bed. Like "I'm sleepy, I'm gonna go lay down". An utterance that is otherwise unheard of from my child.

My daughter takes these. She loves the taste. And while some people aren’t major fans of melatonin for kids for sleep. This has other things in it as well. No negative side effects with or without it. Easy to chew and easy to swallow. Happy with these

These are our favorite melatonin gummies. They are so soft and delicious, I just wish I could eat more than one. 😅 they work quickly to help us fall asleep, and don’t leave us feeling drowsy the next day. I did deduct a star for consistency. My last bottle didn’t seem to work as well, so I was often having to take two to have the benefits. This new bottle I ordered is back to what i expect from them, and one is just the right amount. I don’t think it’s me building up a tolerance to them, I think there are probably some quality control issues. That said, taking two is only a problem in the cost of the gummies because the taste is quite enjoyable.

Works well for my kiddos when it’s hard for them to sleep. I also take it as a adult it it knocks me right out too ahah
