Le CreusetToughened Nonstick PRO Crepe Pan with Rateau, 11"

Terrific pan. Looks durable. Nice large surface. I cooked seafood perfectly in this pan. No sticking! It is really nonstick. Easy to use and clean.

I had to abandon my favorite omelet pan when we installed an induction cooktop. After trying other pans we had with limited success, we bought this one. Unbelievable how easy it is now to make perfect omelets. I've tried it for crepes once and was very impressed with the results. Good investment.

I live this very much. I use it for not only crepes, but I love using it on my induction stovetop for making pancakes. Well made.

I ordered THIS Le Creueset, and then another, much cheaper Crepe-pan at the same time for comparison. With regards to the OTHER pan, I could literally feel the handle bending as I was removing it from the box and packaging. I setup the return before I had even removed it from the box. NOT the case with THIS pan. It's a SOLID UNIT, and I'm super happy I paid the extra for the vastly significant increase in quality. It's a HEAVY pan, even though it's a crepe pan with half the material of a normal fry pan. Would definitely recommend.

I like making crepes on Saturday mornings for me and the family. This was a birthday present from the wife. It works so much better than the old frying pan I was using. The low edge, excellent heat distribution, and non-stick surface made making Saturday morning crepes easier than a breeze. Its also great for omelettes.

We just went induction cooktop and needed an entire new set of cookware. For frypans, we procured the 8", 10" and this Crepe pan from Le Creuset. After three months, they have proved to be a far superior product than my previous pans. My only regret is that although our stovetop has a bridge feature that would allow us to use a proper long griddle for pancakes, Le Creuset's only long griddle "Rectangular Griddle, 10" x 14" has only a single, centered round induction-compatible bottom plate. Not the best design. So this Crepe pan must fill in the niche as a pancake pan. Given its size restrictions, it does that job well.

This was our third attempt at purchasing a crepe pan for our Miele induction cooktop. Miele even recommended Le Creuset when I took a different pan to the store to see if it worked there because it di not on our cooktop. I have no clue why but only half this pan heats on our cooktop yet the same burner works perfectly with our Zwilling cookware.My advice is to be cautious if you have a Miele cooktop because I do not believe you will be happy with this particular crepe pan.
