Tough enough for cats to claw
Tough enough for our 3 cats to claw and not show any damage. The cats had ripped our previous screen door to bits. I replaced the screen with this stuff about a year ago, and NO damage since. Doesn’t block light or anything like that. Great stuff.

Can't go wrong, lasts for years and years
Great quality, these last for years and fantastic, it's only when a dog decides to run through it (to be fair, it takes a good 4+ tries by a big dog) that I've had to replace which is no fault to them. I've got a few screens with a screen-dog-door that are going on 5 years without any blemish or issue, just one other door that the pupper decided to try escaping more than a few times and was able to reseat without replacement - stellar. Now I've been replacing all the screen doors and windows with this over time and can't go wrong

Happy with product so far
I have flex screens on a number of large windows and over the past 7 years they developed holes, we think from insects like grasshoppers chewing on them. I found out that you can re-screen flex screens using a wood burning tool a special tip they sell. I wanted to get the heavier screening in the hope that it won't be as susceptible to insects. The screening was easy to handle, applied with little difficulty and has good visibility even though the mesh is a bit thicker than the standard screening. Time will tell on durability but so far it seems like a good product.

Work great
I would recommend these to anybody that has cats or outdoor cats The cannot tear up your screen. They are really heavy duty. They worked very well. Really love them and you can see out good. They are amazing. And they are thick and very sturdy and they work awesome.

This is tuff screening for big projects
I decided to build a screen room along side our pool. When I built garage along the side pool area and I added 9ft by 40 ft overhang to garage with this in mind. I framed half the overhang as screen room and desired to go with Screentight companies porch building screening materials (sold on Amazon and Home Depot). After installing all the base plates the hold the screen to frames in each opening I realized the standard screen was to frail and weak to be able to hold up in these large opening for to long . So I looked for a stronger screen. There are a few some are super pricey brands but this brand I bought through Amazon is perfect. Feel double the strenth and thickness. As I was installing it I realized even cutting and pulling screen it was going to last. It’s well worth double the cost over standard strenth screens. This was a very tall structure and being on a 12 ft ladder to get to most areas I’m screening I didn’t want to be replacing anything over next few year. It was a good project for me it’s time consuming. I added double screen doors on barn door. But I would say any area you are screening if you have pets kids bumping into them this is the best screening for the money.

My first DIY screen door repair was a success
I bought this Heavyweight Weave Door and Window Screen roll as a cheap alternative to replacing my sliding screen door. A $190-$250 door vrs a $35 roll of screen? I thought why not? The screen is ...strong...better than the original. I also read several reviews that recommend buying a roll instead of folded screen since it can be hard to get the wrinkles out, so I went with this for my project. I highly suggest buying both the installation tool and the spline for your project. It just made the whole thing a breeze. Good product.
