Flirc: Perfect Case For A Raspberry Pi Zero
The Flirc Raspberry Pi Zero Case may be overkill but the design, function, and build quality are perfect. I would highly recommend this case.

Excellent case, needs an SD slot
Bought this for a Batocera install so I could just tuck it away behind the television. The case is very high quality and seems to dissipate heat well (at least I haven't had any overheating issues running a PS1 emulator). Would highly recommend. The only downside is that the SD card isn't accessible from outside the case - you have to disassemble the thing to change cards, so it loses a star for that.

Tiny, Secure and Cool (Pun intended)
Packaging:Flirc’s packaging is always been great from the other cases that I have purchased to this one. I nice a simple show pictures of the inside and nice branding.Durability:The durability of this is case it great primarily built of aluminum and with a matte plastic on the top and bottom. The plastic is easily scratched but doesn’t compromise the durability of the case.User Experience:[I highly recommend that you setup your Pi Zero W and SD Card previous to putting your Pi in this case to not hinder your experience.]My use experience (I setup my Pi Zero W as a Piratebox Offline server and then put it inside the case)I can’t say enough great thing about the case for what I am using it for the fact that the SD card is secured inside makes me feel comfortable about bring it around without worry about losing it. I have left it broadcasting in a party of friends for people to send picture sitting off to the side and it looks inconspicuous enough that people won’t mess with it but even though I did see that it was moved it was reassuring that no one could get inside without a screwdriver. Great design for my use case. The temperate monitor shows that the case kept the Pi more than comfortable while in the case thank to the amount of aluminum to disperse the heat.Critiques:The only thing I can say might be a flaw for some people but doesn’t affect me is that it would be nice to have a screw on piece to have access to the MicroSD card or another version the case with accessibility to the card. I see the benefit to some that change their card often and avoids the worry of compromising their thermal paste.

Best Pi Zero Case
The build quality is top notch and the whole metal part of the case being a heat sink is very effective. You won't find a better looking case. The only downsides are screws required to remove pi and change SD, and the ports are recessed so may not fit ever cable.

Great looking case perfect for my uses.
I bought this case to house a Pi Zero W which I use primarily to run Kali Linux over ssh. My device seems to function perfectly within the case; no noticeable WiFi interference or IO port access problems. The only thing about the case that will annoy people is the process of accessing the SD card, but for my use case this is a minimal problem. This is probably one of the better looking cases for the Pi Zero line and I recommend it even with the caveat of limited SD card access.

Best raspberrypi zero (2) case
Absolutely love the case. It has a cord that lets you put it on a key ring or lanyard. The HDMI connection is hard to work with at first, but the adapter that I had allowed to have the plastic trimmed back about an 1\8 of an inch, which fixed any video issues. I mostly just used ssh or XRDP, so I’m not as worried about the hdmi, but it’s good to have it as a backup. Five stars and two thumbs up.
