This sheet of acrylic had a uniform thickness with crystal clear clarity. No issues with cutting down to size and worked flawlessly for my DIY router sled.

This is a good product. The dimensions are accurate and the thickness is 10mm as stated in the description. I made a router base plate with it. It cut and machined nicely because it's cast not extruded. Cast acrylic is worth the extra few bucks.

Built a router sled using this acrylic sheet as the router base and it works beautifully. It does not flex and stays flat. Just what I needed for the sled. Make sure you have nice sharp drill bits (do not use brad point bits) and a good solid backing. I clamped my sheet to 3/4" plywood and the drill press table to prevent any blowout on the backside and to keep it from lifting up once the bit pops through the other side. I also used the lowest speed setting on my drill press. The holes saws (2.5" and 4") were brand new and I went half way through and then flipped the sheet to finish the hole. Makes for nice clean holes. I also cut to size using my table saw. Again, make sure you have a nice sharp blade. I had to buy two because I didn't incorporate a dust collection on the first one and had to redo it. Would definitely buy again and probably will when I think of something else I forgot or need to adjust.

I use these for making jigs to make it easier to make repetitive guitar projects 3/8" is very sturdy and they last forever once made exact to specifics and the price just under $20 for a 12" square they'll probably go up with inflation that's hitting us all. I hope not because right now is not a bad price and I am going to want more

Used for router insert.

I got this to use as a wide clear base for a plunge router for woodworking. It came with protective paper on both sides what was easy to remove. It's impressively clear. It's not very heavy, and very strong and stiff. I wasn't sure what thickness I would need to support my medium-size router, I ordered 3/8" but in hindsight 1/4" probably would have been fine. Regular wood drill bits and forstner bits worked perfectly for the holes I needed to make. Freehand routing a circular recess in the middle was equally easy with standard router bits. The material cut cleanly without melting or cracking. Very little smell. The debris from cutting/routing had some "static cling" to it but vacuumed up about as easily as sawdust. Reasonable price, and worked great for my application. I'm very happy with it.
