I really don't have anything not to like about it so far knock on wood I haven't caught any cold yet. I showed it to my doctor and he liked some of the ingredients in it. Someone mentioned it's good for high blood pressure I wouldn't make that claim.

Had high hopes for this product. Very disappointing that they would send out a product to boost immune system that's expired especially with covid . That's just sad.
