Really effective biotin. Within only a few weeks of taking this as directed, skin improved dramatically, hair loss was less and nails were somewhat less liable to breaking. Sadly an interaction with a recently prescribed medication means I have to stop taking them but if you can, and want support for your hair, skin and nails this is an excellent product!
