not this control you will need to get a control that has both normal open and normal close ( three terminals ) not this one it only has two and it is make on rise.

This unit only has a single pole, for 220 volt you should really use a double pole or a relay, so that you don't have a hot 110 volt going to the machine whether it's running or not. 220 volt uses 2-110 volt circuits. Good Luck.
