I’ve been taking these Vitamin D3 4000 IU tablets for a while now, and I’m really impressed with the quality. Each tablet is small and easy to swallow, and since it's one-a-day, it's super convenient to fit into my daily routine.With 400 tablets in the pack, it provides over a year's supply, which is great value for the price. I was recommended these tablets some time ago by my Doctor and used them ever since, albeit a different make.These are very much cheaper and Iam well satisfied with them.

Arrived as planned - nice small tablets so easy to swallow. Always difficult to know the impact, but definitely not seeing any negative effects!

It really works

Really cheap and quite small tablets, over a years supply, my only reservation is I won't be sure they work until I go for another blood test in a couple of months, stay tuned.

Keep taking them through the summer as using sun cream. Sounds daft but whe; I stopped, as the sun was out, my nails became brittle in a short time.
