Do not buy. Great sink but insufficient packing for shipping. Sink is packed top down in the box with no protection for the top corners of sink. 1st sink received with 2 bent corners. Returned and ordered again. 2nd sink received with all 4 corners bent.

We have had to replace our kitchen faucet once a year due to bad construction of faucets, so have had alot of different faucets to judge from. This faucet is amazing, feels very sturdy and has great options in usage. Need deep sink. I really have enjoyed this faucet.

Sink arrived damaged on three corners. Shipping container is not packaged well to protect the sink during shipping. The sink is packaged facing the bottom of the box. Bad logistical packaging. I like the sink, just need one undamaged.

I almost can't imagine how this sink will not arrived damaged given the inadequate packaging. Facing the sink, both the top left and bottom right corners of the sink edges were bent down meaning the sink could not be installed as a drop-in top mount. The sink itself is gorgeous, deep and appears to be well made. By contrast, the Elkay sink we also purchased had almost double to foam protection from shipping damage and arrived pristine. Amazon makes returns simple but get it together Franke with your packaging. Update - By placing the bent corners on a block of wood for support and smacking the top of the sink with a small sledge with a wood block buffer, we were able to flatten out the two dents from shipping. Not perfect, but flat enough for a relatively clean top mount install. It is a great looking and very large sink. One additional thing that is different form our prior Elkay sink is that water is slow to drain, i.e., the slope to the drain is subtle, not steep.

First sink came with a dent that we only noticed when we went to install it. Got a new one shipped in a couple of days and it was perfect. Love the look of this sink! Ours did get scratched early on, but that was user error.

Attempted to buy this sink twice, both times the edges came significantly dented. Can't be fixed because the side of the bowl is also bent, so the sink would never install flush. Returned 2x, and would not recommend purchasing if this is the quality

I was initially hesitant about purchasing a sink online but after making the leap I'm glad I did. I did lots of research before purchasing and the Franke sink was definitely to way to go.
