Urparcel Repair Parts For Apple iphone 5S OEM Home Button Key Flex Cable

I received the iphone 5s home button flex cable replacement and it works--sort of. The home button works when you press it, but the touch id (fingerprint) function does not. I gave this product 4 stars because it restored the home button function but not the touch id. However, it is common knowledge that replacement home button components do not support the fingerprint scan; so what can you do?Thanks for the fix, though. It's the best we can get for now.

This item will fix issues if you have them with the home button but don't buy if you're looking to fix the fingerprint sensor. The iPhone 5S fingerprint sensor is married through security encryption to the logic board of the phone. Unfortunately the only way to fix is send back to Apple.

why do u sell a part that is incomplete. It has no sensor. What good is the part without the sensor??!!! Its like selling a Ferrari with no engine!! As a seller, you should know your own product and mention it in your description details!!!

Pop the screen off, and install the new button. That's the easy part, have fun with the finger print scanner flex cable! Just be patient.

The assembly is missing the actual button attachment. It does not appear that you can detach the old one from the button making this useless.
