MasterSeal NP1 10.1 Oz. Polyurethane Sealant, Black

This stuff has been around forever. It works great. I used it to seal the roof on my shop where there were gaps. It's rubberized, so it does well in the heat and humidity as well as in the winter.

Recommended to me by contractor. Great quality product. Used to seal leak on roof around chimney. Did the job. Highly recommend.

Has great adherence to EPDM and to other materials. I’m told it will even adhere to wet surfaces.

I’m a novice and was able to apply to a gap between a wall and water feature. Created a nice water seal. Only wish it was more white…. It’s color is a light grey FYI

Used on septic lines. Works like magic, wear disposable gloves because this stuff doesn’t come off.

As I said in my other review, it's really thick.

I haven't used it yet, but I know this product is good stuff. The plastic nozzle was bent when I received it, so I hope this didn't expose any of the NP1, which I know will dry out rapidly. So, my problem is with the shipping not the NP1.
