It's a small zip up case that holds the Nintendo and its accessories.

Will this work with the new 3ds (not the new 3ds xl/ll) ?

My biggest concern would be the screen protectors; if both consoles have the same screen size, I'd say go for it. The vehicle charger, and the case should work fine. As far as the stylus, it's a no go.
