Q: What angle does this sharpener use to sharpen the knifes.? the asian cut is 15 degrees, the european cut which i believe is 18 degrees.

Q: Does it work on Cutco knoves

Cutco knives have a “forever guarantee” and they will sharpen your blades free of charge. If you want to do it yourself, you can sharpen them successfully. Be aware that Cutco also manufactures what they call "Double D" and "Micro-D" edges. These are considered "ever-sharp" so you wouldn’t want to sharpen those, as it would grind the serrations off. Q: I have Wustoff knives and they need a 14 degree angle to sharpen. Can this machine do that ?
