This supplement is really good. Moringa is the best superfood you can have, plenty of vitamins, antioxidants, help you build up your inmune system. I've been taking this for the past two month and I feel amazing I haven't been sick at all and I work in a hospital where I'm exposed to a lot of infections. Moringa gives me enough energy for 12 hrs shift, make sure that you eat first because you will not feel hungry at all for the rest of your day. what I like the most is that it's 100% Moringa nothing else except for the ingredient that they used to make the capsule vegeterian(HPMC). I take two capsules in the morning after I eat a fruit and continue with my day. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Can’t Live Headache Free Unless I Take This!
This product is revolutionary and amazing! I tried the actual moringa seeds from Thailand but the taste wasn’t at all good; very bitter! These capsules have eliminated the usual morning headaches I wake up with. I actually stopped taking these for a few months, not realizing that they were the reason for the headache prevention. I do feel good while taking them, energetic and headache free! I will continue purchasing them

No improvement, but also no negative side effects
Not sure why my original review got removed, but here’s take two: I took it to try and see if it would improve my mood and reduce inflammation. I had no positive or negative reaction to it, so I didn’t really notice any difference after starting it or stopping it. It does have a bit of a “green” taste, and the size is like normal capsules. If it works for you, great! It didn’t work for me unfortunately!

Don't buy other brands, this one works.....
I bought this brand and had amazing results. Then I bought some that were being pushed on social media. I finished one bottle, but bought 6. What a mistake. I only used one bottle before I decided to reorder this brand. It took a minute before it was delivered, and I was looking for it daily. When it finally came it only took one day before my mood was lifted and my inflammation was down. I know it says it takes a week or so before you could tell a difference, but I was able to see difference in my sleep immediately and my blood pressure was greatly improved. The other brand was a joke, this one really has an impact.

It does help. It brought my thyroid levels down to normal Just great all around. But you have to be consistent.
