(stupid sturdy table). I've even carried them a few feet ...
I purchased a couple of these tables for my bedroom a few weeks back. I was excited about the dark wood and style - and the price! I couldn't wait until they arrived! I got one box, put it in the bedroom unopened, and waited until the next day for the second box. I wanted to assemble the pair at the same time. Ha! Me? Wait?? Well, I tried. That didn't last longer than a half hour. I tore open the box and -- there were two boxes inside this box! My excitement soon turned to anxiety. Scissors in hand, I slowly opened the boxes. I thought I understood why they were inexpensive - the walls felt flimsy. The only pieces of wood on the table is the top. Everything else is printed board. I reluctantly screwed the "table" together as my enthusiasm waned. It's has now been a few weeks with these gentlemen flanking my bed. Honestly, I am constantly concerned then impressed with how well they've held up to what ive put them through! Three cats run in and out and jump and pounce all over the room - these tables are in-bounds. I've run into them myself in the middle of the night ...or day... and no wobble! (stupid sturdy table). I've even carried them a few feet back-and-forth while it was filled to create a window seats for my precious little fur babies [Disclaimer: I don't suggest carrying any table that is full, I expect this may shorten the life of the table - ooh! I should get some wheels...] Good price. Decent table. Nice space and surprisingly sturdy. Still, be careful.

Good Budget Nightstand for a Guest Room
I bought this nightstand for my guest room, and it does the job well for occasional use. The dark color looks nice and blends well with the rest of the furniture. The material is a bit flimsy and the overall quality isn't the best but it's acceptable for the price. Assembly was straightforward and didn't take long. It's lightweight so it's easy to move around if needed. It also fits well with most bedroom decor, making it a versatile option.

Great find
This has been a life saver for storage or a place to set up. The material is great and it was easy to put together. It looks amazing and is big enough for anything I need. It has been my catch all and not it's my storage for dog items but has our key bowls on it. We love this stand and it's so light weight to be able to move any where you need it.

What I needed, not what I hoped for.
I am using this item as night stand. The construction was fairly simple and portrayed in pictures, instead of written instructions. The assemblage was easy except for the next to last step. As I screwed in the last two screws in order to attach the front to the sides, the unit would not square easy. The top screw, with some effort, came close to squaring the build, but the bottom screw was reamed and not securing anything. I guess it just decided it was born on the wrong side of the railroad tracks sand would not help its relatives. I went to my collection of odds and ends screws and found a couple that were slightly longer with a tighter screw(this is not a sexual entendre). Well the first one I tried had a square drive instead of a hex or simple slot for a flat head screw drive, so I decide this must be the illegitimate son of the original screw. The second screw I had from my collection did the trick and pulled the construction into square so I could mount the shelves. The shelves are thin and will not hold much weight, which is why I downgraded the unit for sturdiness. Hence, if you are willing to work through some of your illicit relationships this unit will work for you. It takes only one person to build and I would reinforce your build with either some Elmer's or wood glue. The shelf supports kept falling out so I used a little Gorilla glue on those. I am thinking of replacing or reinforcing the shelves and possible using the provided ones as a veneer. Total construction time should be less than an hour if everything goes together correctly.

Worth the $35 I paid for them.
While this product isn't going to win any awards for master craftsmanship it's well worth the price paid. It came flat-packed more than adequately in a secure box surrounded by styrofoam blocks and padded wrapping. While one box (I'd ordered two) had a dent in one side I noticed no damage to the product inside from the shipping process. All parts & hardware were accounted for. The instructions were pictograms and were clear in what needed to go where with no confusion or having to undo things already done and this can go together with a phillips screwdriver in mere minutes - it's basically eleven screws and 8 wood plugs that cover some of them. A small hammer helps to install the plugs but you can probably use the handle of your screwdriver to install them if need be seeing as they don't need a whole lot of force to seat. I'd also suggest assembling this on a soft or cushioned surface to avoid scratching the top. Fit and finish were good and there were no issues with misaligned pre-drilled holes or parts not fitting together correctly. While there were some darker spots on the top due to natural variations in the wood I didn't consider them to be a deal-breaker. Note that the frame of this item is solid wood but the side panels and "shelves" are not and are quite thin (maybe 1/8") and flex easily so they're not going to be able to support a whole lot of weight as opposed to the top which seems like it would be able to support the weight of an average person (not that I recommend doing that). All in all, I'm satisfied with this product.

Very Poor Quality
The sides are just clapboard, as is the shelf and the base so I definitely wouldn't recommend putting anything heavier than a newspaper on the shelf or in the cupboard. I wouldn't even send my kid off to his college dorm with this. The top itself though is the sturdiest part, which makes it quite a bit top heavy which in turn is putting a lot of stress on the rest of the unit which means that this is all going to warp over time. It also doesn't fit together all that tightly, so it's all wobbly, and the inner shelf doesn't even fit the unit entirely so anything you put in there has the potential to get stuck or fall through, depending on whatever it is. Considering the main reason as to why I bought this particular unit was because I really wanted an inner shelf and a little cabinet to hide things away in as I don't like clutter on table tops, all in all, this is pretty much useless for me. BONUS: It did NOT come with instructions. Nor tell you what tools you might need, so if you don't really know what you're doing or have little experience in putting furniture together, then this definitely would NOT be "easy assembly". I have sufficient carpentry knowledge and experience and I still wouldn't consider this easy assembly as I would have had a much easier job simply building something myself. The amount of time it took to put this piece of clapboard together was probably not that much less time than had I done it all myself. If I didn't live in an apartment and had access to somewhere with tools, that's definitely the way I would have gone. Anyway, if you do still decide on giving this thing a try, A Philips head screw driver will be needed, possibly a hammer or mallet as the little wooden pegs that are meant to hide the screws really didn't want to fit the holes, and possibly a drill bit as I also had some issues with a couple of the screw holes being not quite positioned right so I had to drill new ones. I have tried to include pictures, but as the unit is black it's not the easiest to see. I couldn't take a picture of my phone with my phone to show, but my iPhone 14 (with bumper case) slips right through the back crack. Any thinner books or magazines or smaller things like pens, chap stick, etc will definitely fall right through. It just isn't worth the hassle after all of that tearing it apart to send it back to get my money back.

perfect for what I needed it for
I have a new house, and in this house I have 2 weight rooms, one of which has the treadmill, exercise bike and other equipment. Not too much fun walking, riding etc without any entertainment, so I bought a flat screen off Amazon and hung it on the wall. I also have a blu-Ray player, and because the cords to the TV were slightly too short, I needed a small table, and thought I might as well get one I can store DVDs and stuff. I searched literally dozens of other tables, on line and at the store, but this was just perfect. It has an open shelf unit I put the DVD cases in, and a lower enclosed area for anything else. The player sits on top. The door opens smoothly, does not bind, and the whole thing went together in about 1/2 an hour or so. I was a little surprised at the sequence of assembly, but everything went together great. This is not an expensive unit, but not cheap either. Still, I find it to be very sturdy, it looks great, and appears to be able to last many, many years. I have seen some reviews saying it is a piece of crap, but there are some that also love to give bad reviews no matter what. I try to be as honest as I can. So, would I buy it again? You betcha I would.

Pretty good, but you get what you pay for.
This is a cheap product. It is also inexpensive, so the price and the quality match. For what you pay, it looks really nice. I wanted a couple of inexpensive but attractive nightstands to go on either side of my bed, and this delivers. It made of a solid wood front and back, and the side panels are thin pressboard (halfway between cardboard and wood-composite). The two drawer bottoms are also cheap pressboard. These would not hold up to any heavy items on the inner shelf or inside the cabinet. They are so light that the entire unit moves when you try to open the door, because the magnetic latch is relatively strong (this is less of a problem if you put something heavy on top, like a lamp). When putting the thing together, I recommend that you keep the door closed and put the bottom shelf in first. When the door is open, then inside corner of the door protrudes slightly into the interior space, and you can't pass the shelf bottom into place. I tried to force it, and chipped the cheap drawer bottom - my fault. Also, the little plugs that are supposed to conceal the screws don't all fit in the holes tightly, so they will occasionally fall out if you don't glue them in. If you glue them in, you'll never be able to disassemble the item. However, this thing is cheap enough that you probably won't be taking it with you when you move, anyway, so don't worry about it. Once you get it put together, though, it looks really quite nice, and to someone who isn't looking closely, appears to be higher quality than it actually is. I have left drinks on top of it overnight, and the top holds up well to water - doesn't damage the melamine top. I did not have any problems with the outgassing of fumes that one of the other reviewers reported. Either the manufacturer fixed this problem, or this is a problem with only some lots.

😁 Mr. Windsome Stands Right Beside me Every Night to make sure I have what I need at All Times.
Thank you Mr. Windsome, you've been great. Whatever I need I turn to my Left and there it is, whenever I need space to put something while I'm working (so I don't tangle myself in the computer and outlet wires around me), I turn to my left and there it is. It's dark and sexy looking, it's deep and attractive, open the door and store stuff you need of your, and have some wires coming from underneath so no one can see them beside you. Put a lamp on it, put your spinning product caddy, put a beautiful something and a beautiful something on top of that with all your something's in them. I have also the phone on it, Kleenex, my sexy lotions and potions, and inside that top shelf the things I use right away when starting at night. Glasses, Modems, Connectors, USB Cords, Couch Brush, some Junk Drives and more. In the dark it shines with my computer light on it, and I feel so lucky to have found it. Put wheels on it if you like, put padding on the top with a glass cover if you like, but you won't like this one - YOU'LL LOVE IT. I know I do. Thank you Mr. Windsome. Just make sure who ever makes it, tightens all parts really tight, and thus using the professional tools that you own and not their dinky one's they give us okay, or it will seem ready but it will not be. If your fingers are thin and long or just ridden with arthritis, you'll hurt yourself with that tiny tool they give you to tighten and fasten, use the professional ones with the gripping handles and enjoy. Because if you don't use the professional tools for preparing this piece, you may end up with: a pretty whimpy nightstand, and wobbly that won't do anything but fall apart when you move it or use it, especially if you fill it the first time after with books and heavy things. But if you want cheap, you get this one, just don't build it cheaply or it will remain so, use the professional tools to build it and squeeze tightly always. I couldn't\'t find a cheap one with such greatness if you paid me, and I certainly didn't want to look outside offline, besides I would have had to pay way more than this for something similar offline. Online I'm limited because many companies don't understand my address yet and choose not to deliver to me so when I get one that does, I LOVE THEM. Muawww!

Buen mueble

though not perfect. The table looks very good and is light ...
Higher quality than I expected, though not perfect. The table looks very good and is light but sturdy, however when assembling it I found the fit and finish was less than perfect, though it is barely noticeable when assembled. The shelves are not as sturdy as I had hoped they would be , and would probably not hold more than about 20 pounds.

Excelente
