A very simple book . It gives you all the basics of kebab making and the underlying combinations ! - great collection of non veg recipes not too many varieties for vegetarians ! -

I like the simplicity of the recipes unlike some other cookery books which have a boat load of ingredients. Paper is neither too good or bad. Must buy the Butter chicken trail book next month.

I purchased this after buying 'On the butter chicken trail' by the same author. I have personally tried all the recipes in both the books and have won accolades and learned a lot.

Honest complete recipes.Paper quality could be better.Desperately needs pictures to fuel ones motivation to cook !

Very disappointed there are no pictures in this book. It's just a small paperback

The kebab recepies are good and from across Indian icluding regional cuisines ..also it icludes 10-15 recepies from turkey and iran which is good

Excellent recipes to try at home, but I really wish they had put some appetising color pictures of some of the kebabs to kickstart the fire in the belly. :-)

Quite satisfying discussion on verity of Kebabs (and Poultry roasting) printed on recycled paper which can be stained and torn very easily so care required using this book (if you like to keep books clean, like me).very well written and easy to follow.

A useless book. I felt cheated with the hype of the writer and his reputation. I have been to Miri Mahal Restaurant in Delhi.
