Spike Seasoning has been a part of my life for over 50 years! Great product!!!!
If you have not tried Spike as a seasoning you are missing out! I grew up using this spice when I was a young girl learning how to cook with my mom. She used it in almost everything. In following my mom's footsteps I found myself using it as an adult all the time. The spices used in this item is perfect. It enhances flavor to whatever you put it in. I have purchased the 5 lb size because we use it often and fill up my smaller spike jars or shakers. GREAT PRODUCT which I have used for years.

Great on popcorn with turmeric, use in place of salt.
Spike is North America's answer to the 50 spices a typical Persian cook would use. One shake serves all. Our favorite popcorn recipe: Put enough olive oil in pan to generously cover 1/3 cup of popcorn. Heat the oil up to the almost boil stage (some smoke), THEN add the popcorn. As soon as the first kernels pop, add 1 teaspoon of turmeric. With the preheated oil and the heat on MAX, the popcorn will pop very fast & big. When done popping, put the popped corn in a bowl and immediately add spike. Spike will stick pretty good to the hot oil film on the popcorn. Serve with slabs of mild cheese. If you have trouble with spike caking up in your shaker, add whole rice or lentil or bean kernels. A tablespoon will keep a typical salt shaker shaking. Turmeric is a great yellow strainer. Wash your hands & mug when satiated.

Fragile container. Love the product! Have to give it a major thumbs up. Great taste for vegetables and meat. I use it on everything but especially love it in eggs. Even good on popcorn. Do note the fragility of the container the gallon amount comes in. This was an issue upon arrival. The first order several years ago was in a stronger container. This last time the container arrived cracked. Worth the money to order individually in case container cracks.

A COMPLEX AND HARMONIOUS BLEND. STARTED SPIKE BECAUSE I BELIEVED IT WAS BETTER FOR ME. USE IT ON EVERYTHING BECAUSE IT TASTES GREAT ON EVERYTHING. ARRIVED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE.

There is no option to return or get a refund
Seasoning was falling out the box. I opened the box and saw that the container has cracks all over it. There is is bag that covers the container and about half of the seasoning is in the bag itself. There is so options showing I can return this or get a refund. Very disappointing and a waste of 40 something dollars. That’s so sad because I use spike in everything I cook and it’s hard to find.

Best all purpose seasoning. Been using over 20 years, my mother has used it longer then that. Buy it, you'll love it
