BSI-157H Maxi Cure/Insta-Set Combo Pack (3 oz. Combined),Clear

I recently ordered this for the third time in as many years, and they last longer than that because I gave the first one away to a friend who needed it. This is good stuff. It is thick enough that it doesn't run, but thin enough that when you push two pieces together it spreads out and gets in the way. It will adhere and go through the 'grab and hold' we're all familier with, but it takes a moment, so you have a bit of time and leeway to work with it, but still, you have to be sure of yourself and be prepared. It can also serve as a void filler -- the spray-on accelerator gives almost instant hardening (note, it's a fine spray, it reaches beyond your aim, makes things slippery, and smells funny, though it doesn't irritate my eyes. However, it washes off easily with just plain soap and water. Not so the glue if you stick some to your fingers, so be careful, and maybe keep some acetone (fingernail polish remover) around. Anyway, this product has fixed everything from toys to containers to magnets on things to busted ceramic tiles, even a big one 20" square. I'm impressed, enough to buy it every time.

Really thick CA . Great if you need a few seconds to get things aligned, and with the activator, it sets within a second. Great for making fillets.

I'm very happy with this glue. It's the right thickness to be very versatile and can be used for just about anything. I like that the activator is a pump sprayer instead of an aerosol can as they tend to go flat before the glue is used up. The cap also has a needle to keep the opening from clogging when in storage. Bond strength and cure time is incredible!

Glue works good on scale models. I would suggest using a tooth pick to apply the accelerator as the pump is a mess to use. The whip they supply for the glue clogs easy and not worth using again easier to use a tooth pick. The smell is not bad.

As far as super glues go, this is by far the best. One of my wife's Bose earbuds came apart, and I was easily able to fix it. Works like new, and saved me $120.00!

This product is amazing. I purchased it after doing a bathroom redo and realizing the handles for the cabinets were too large and the smallest option still didn’t fit so I kept what I had read the description of this glue and Walla. I’ve got metal handles glued to my bathroom cabinets and they are tough as nails I open and close of slam doors, this is an amazing product and the accelerator spray while 123. You are stuck like glue forever no pun intended.

I am a gemstone cutter and in order to cut a stone it must first be glued to a rod that is inserted into the machine. Since gemstones need to be so precise, if your stone comes off, it is extremely hard to re-glue it without needing to recut the stone. I have tried many different types of superglue, wax specifically meant for this purpose, UV curing glue, and epoxy. Epoxy is the only thing that compares to this superglue, but it takes way too long to cure, it’s messy, and it smells terrible. This superglue will cure by itself very quickly, but I haven’t been able to notice any difference between letting it cure by itself, or by using the accelerator. The accelerator is incredible, and with this specific glue type, it doesn’t make the superglue thin and run before it sets (I have noticed that when using other types of superglue). It’ll set exactly where it was, and as an added bonus, it cures extremely clear. I have never had a stone fall off using this glue, which is saying something, because they are subject to lots of pressure and a lot of water. I’ll never use another glue!

Sick of super glue hardening in the tube after a few uses? Me too! Bob Smith Industries and their range of products is just the ticket. Non reactive plastic bottles keep the glue ready together with the zip hardener makes whatever job easy and fun.

where has this product been all my life....used it to attached a magnet to acrylic....the acctivator works very quickly and the glue is thick but still workable

Bought it since its harder to get the starbond brand here in Australia without paying an arm and a leg for them. So tried this brand and it's super good! The tips are great, and I can't believe how fast it sets when sprayed with the fast curing mist. Just be careful of fingers or skin etc! Trust me, it sticks very easily! Use this for a wooden sign and it's still going strong! Love it.

This stuff is magic for 3D printing. Successfully tested with PLA and PETG. Use the spray to eliminate the white hazing during drying.
