This is what I ordered, but not what I received.
If it were possible to provide a zero-star rating, I would. I ordered the Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask. I received the Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask which, while produced by the same company, isn't as strong and definitely not the item I ordered and certainly not an acceptable substitute, which was made after I submitted payment and without my permission.Just to make sure, I took the mask and the packaging to someone who knows the product and is fluent in Korean. I also showed her my order. She took one look at everything and confirmed that what I received and what I ordered are two completely different things.
