I moved to SE Arizona last year. And while I love it here. From day one I have been dealing with bugs. First it was moths. Dogs use screen as dog door. My last 2 screens magnets would pop off all the time. So I started using cloths pins. Then came the flies and what a night mare. I lived on a farm years back and we never had flies like my clean house had. I had hate traps, fly strips. My screams didn't detour at all. I could feel the difference as soon as I took it out of the package. Mine were 10" longer than I needed but I couldn't pass up the price. I only had enough money to order two. Or I would have ordered again for family. I carefully rolled the top and ran a few stitches across to keep it neat and tidy. Next I put up the velcro. Now remember my extra 10 top added to much weight for Velcro by it's self so I added a trim board with 3 nails. It looks amazing the side are nice and snug. Nothing is crawling in that way. I have never seen the magnets done in the liner like these. I had to take top 3 out because of the roll. But I immediately used vinyl taps to seal back up. I was pleasantly surprised how much better these magnets join and hold. The screen is not a flimsy thing. It is sturdy mesh. The stitching is very nice. Yesterday was hot and I have been watering the bees so there were a lot of them on my porch. myself and dog were in and out all day. I am very pleased to say not one insect got in my home. Its only been 5 days so I can't tell you how long I think they will last. But I will update if there is a reason too. I will be buying for gifts on pay day. Update: well its 4 months later. Very busy spring and summer. Hot winds, monsoons. And I'm h as happy to say. My screens are as good as new. Even with my big dog racing threw. We still get a fly now and then. But nothing like the past. I have told all my family members about these screens. My sister had to check them out for herself. She lives in country. And hers screens never last more than a few months. Her dog weighs 180 and is very much a puppy. Now I she loves these too. Once a week I wipe the white strips in the middle with a cloth & warm soapy water. Just like new. Love love love these screens😁

Love how fast the shipping was, 2 business days and once we got it the Screen was an easy install. Plus, love the weights a the bottom. This item will last a long time.

Seems like a decent buy, magnets seem strong and it surely closes behind you well enough. If you have a wooden frame door you can forget the velcro if you like and use a staplegun.Hold it up on the doorway, have a helper put a staple thru the center of the screen at the top and one at either end, then pull the sides downwards on the door frame slightly to close any gaps and put one staple in each side middle into the frame and one towards the bottom of the doorway on each side, done.If you want to take it down for washing just pry up a few staples and reattach it when washed.I did it this way to avoid destroying the paint job if we ever have to replace the screen and try tearing off all that adhesive velcro.If you have a steel frame door you could see if magnets would hold through the material and try that.

WE love this magnetic screen door. It is perfect for the door from our bedroom balcony. Looks great in the white and super easy installation. Took maybe 10 -15 mins at most. We have found that the Fibreglass screens are much better than the lighter mesh ones I have seen in numerous stores. Often at a much higher price. Excellent value for the money.

Easy to install, even on our door with edges at different depths. The velcro strips are really adhesive and the velcro holds well. The magnets are decently strong - it doesn't blow open in a wind. We ordered the white screen and it looks fine on our white door. We haven't had it long enough to speak to durability, but the cat figured it out pretty quickly. It's nice to not be constantly opening the door for him. The only minor issue we have is that both our door and doorframe are metal so if we flip the curtain out too much passing through the bottom magnets will stick to the door and frame and we have to close it manually.

It's an everyday use and the white makes it look very classy with our black walls. It's durable and we've been using it for months and no issues

The material for the screen is good quality, definitely better than the dollar store version I had before. But I don't recommend using the velcro. I didn't want to put it on the woodwork around the door so I put it around the edge, which is painted. The velcro stays at first but if the screen gets pulled at all the velcro comes off, pulling layers of paint off with it. I also realize in hindsight that whenever I want to remove this it will take all of the paint off underneath. I was using the tacks to keep it up, after the velcro came off, but they keep coming out and now the wall looks like a pin cushion. So I put in nails, which I should have done from the beginning. Much more secure and it only takes three nails at the top and three along the sides. Far fewer holes and no paint removal. Unfortunately I've already made a mess of the wall at this point.

I purchased one last year, unfortunately the size was too big (wide & long). This year I followed the measurements instructions and it fits my door perfectly (width & height). It is so easy to put up and allows easy access to outside/inside for my dog as well as when I have my hands full. We never put up a screen/storm door after we had new doors installed. I miss having the option of leaving my back door open without flys getting in the house. I would certain recommend this product.
