My stomach has been so much better since using this! I was using a different brand of L-Glutamine powder and thought I would try another brand just to compare. This one is so much better. The container is a lot smaller than the picture appears and I am not great about reading specs on products so I was shocked because it looks like such a small amount. The scooper is only about 1 1/2 teaspoons so a little goes a long way!

I started Raw Barrels Pure Glutamine about 2 months ago . I not only feel great after & during every workout , but I am less sore . I put a scoop every morning with my Protein Shake & keeps me feeling fuller till my next meal . Couldn’t be happier . A must if you do weights .

I am taking this in conjunction with an exercise program. I put it in my hot tea and there is no taste at all. Dissolves nicely.

I don't work out at a gym, but I get a good workout at home doing yard work, gardening and taking care of 5 dogs, AND a cockatoo which is alot of work by herself! I thought I'd give this a try.
