Bed Head Small Talk 3-in-1 Thickifier by TIGI- 8oz

Wonderful product. It's seen me through my thick, full, curly, long-hair years, and now it's getting me through my post-menopausal thin, fine, wavy short-hair years. I can't say enough good things about it. You can put it in and style your hair, you can put it in and do the curl crunch once it's dry technique with it. It's really lovely, and I hope they keep on making it forever!

This is my favorite hair product. Directions said to blow dry, I'm not a fan of the hairdryer, so I hoped it would give me the look I wanted with wet hair. It is the best! I have wavy hair and this product accents the waves, makes them look like I used a curling iron. Hair is soft never sticky. Even when applying it is smooth and silky. My hair is so soft and the fragrance is lovely. It also leaves my hair fuller, I'm older and my hair was feeling light and flyaway this has remedied this problem. My hair is short but does touch my collar and it only takes a dime sized amount or smaller to do my hair. I do use other bed head products but if I had to choose only one to take on a trip, this would be it.

First off, I have tried countless products on my fine and slightly wavy hair. With most products, I have to use a lot to get the desired results or have to use multiple products to get my hair to behave like I want it to (and I really don't like having lots of product in my hair). With this, I really only need a nickel sized amount for my whole head. I wanted something easy to apply with out a lot of fuss (check), pleasant fragrance (check), and worked well without weighing hair down or making it sticky throughout the day (check). Currently, I have an above the shoulder haircut and this product works great to give the lift and body that I want without making my hair feel gross by the end of the day. I had tried this product from a friend before buying, so I knew the pack of 2 would be a good value for me. I don't recall if it's specifically supposed to do this, but it seems to protect my hair from daily heat styling, which is a great plus to have that in one product and I've been using it for about a month. As someone who is constantly looking for a good deal of bang for my buck, this is a great product for me! And as with daily use of any styling product, I would highly recommend a good detoxifying shampoo to get rid of and prevent build-up.

Great pretreatment to styling.

I have been searching for years to replace my cherished Rush-Being Gutsy, which has been the ONLY product that gave me actual volume for my medium fine shoulder length hair, while also preventing curl and frizz without making my hair stiff or greasy. It was like magic, and I have never found a similar product. I have been using BedHead-Small Talk for several months, but noticed that the amount I had to use for any volume and to keep my hair straight after flat ironed also made my hair look greasy within a day and oddly made my scalp smell like I had not washed my hair in a week. Very strange. However, I recently found that if I use only a large pea-size squirt of the SmallTalk AFTER I use Moroccanoil thickening lotion, the combination adds a little volume without making my hair stiff and provides control that lasts. I have semi-fine shoulder length hair that is naturally curly, and not in a good way. Once flat ironed, the SmallTalk+Moroccanoil Thickening lotion keep my hair from curling and make it look thicker. Unlike most spray and mouse thickening products, which make my hair stiff and look greasy/flat/thin within a day once they brush out- the combination of these hair lotions actually extend how long I can go without washing my hair. If I spray a little CHI volume booster or Biolage Volume Bloom (better smell) on my dry hair between washings, then straighten it back out a little with the hair dryer, it looks freshly washed again. I would highly recommend the Small Talk used in small quantities, and particularly if combined with the Moroccanoil thickening lotion. I am hopeful that these 2 products will remain available for a while.

This works great on my fine hair. It doesn't weigh it down and styles beautifully.

Meine Friseurin hat mir small Talk empfohlen als Festiger für meine Lockenfrisur. Klappt prima und den Festigungsgrad kann ich selbst bestimmen, indem ich mehr oder weniger nehme. Den Geruch mag ich sehr, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Außerdem sieht das Fläschchen auch noch nett aus, es muss nicht versteckt werden. Ich habe es jetzt schon mehrfach gekauft und werde das auch weiter tun. Empfehlenswert!

My hairdresser used this when styling my hair and I loved the smell of it and the finish she achieved so I bought it for myself to use at home. I've not been disappointed, my hair feels smoother and straightens better. I definitely recommend it! Would advise the sender to better protect the nozzle however, as a fair bit of the product leaked into the envelope sadly.
