Better than Apple's ear tips!
These AirFoams Pro by CharJenPro are a game changer! I've only been wearing these for 5 minutes but I can already tell they're better than the tips that come with the AirPods Pro.The original tips from Apple would loosen then slide right out of my ear. The worst was when I was in a Zoom meeting or on a run. When I talk, the AirPods Pro would fall right out of my ear with the original tips, especially if I smiled or laughed, so I was constantly adjusting them and holding them in during meetings. When I ran, I had to adjust the tips multiple times a mile. It got to the point where I almost returned them for the PowerBeats Pro. I tried all the different sizes that came with the AirPods Pro, I passed the fit test with the small and medium tips, I tried making sure there was no wax at all in my ears, I tried pulling my ear back (like they do at the doctor's office to look in your ear) before inserting them and NOTHING worked to keep the AirPods Pro in my ears... until CharJenPro's memory foam ear tips! These AirFoams Pro ear tips fit perfectly on the AirPods Pro without wiggling. I followed the instructional video on how to put them in from the company's website and it worked! Noise cancelling is actually noise cancelling now! With these memory foam tips, the noise cancelling quality is *almost* as good as my Sony WH-1000MX3 over-ear headphones – and that's saying something. I especially love that these are made by a small business in the US. I haven't run in them yet but I turned off noise cancelling and had a convo with my husband and they didn't budge one bit. I'll update this review tomorrow after I try running with the new tips.Thank you CharJenPro!***************UPDATEI ran just shy of 3 miles in these today and I didn't have to adjust them at all! I'm running in the hot AZ sun and I get very sweaty. There was one point where I said "hi" to a neighbor as I ran past their house and one ear felt like it loosened a bit, but I didn't have to adjust it and it stayed in for another mile-ish with no need for adjustments at all. I'M SO IMPRESSED WITH THESE. I also wore them for a few hours yesterday with no slippage at all.If you're hesitant even the tiniest bit, BUY THESE. You won't regret it.

AirPods finally stay in my ears! Great fit, great build quality.
I think my ears are in the 10% Apple don't account for when designing their earpods - the original AirPods would fall out from the slightest movement; and AirPods Pro stay a little bit better but generally I wouldn't want to nod or tilt my head when they are in - sometimes they stay (when I sit still or don't move too much), sometimes they fall out. I could walk wearing them, but the instant I'd try to run, they'd dislodge and start falling out.AirFoams are a life saver! Memory foam has better traction inside ear canals than standard silicone tips, and squeezing these on the sides before putting them into the ears helps them "hook" into the canal even better, resulting in a much more secure fit than before (I'd even say, the fit IS secure now where previously it wasn't). I can run with them in and I can totally forget they're in my ears! They don't move at all once I put them in properly. Noise cancellation mode also seems to work better than with silicone tips. "Transparency" mode can feel the same or a tiny bit worse (although barely noticeable) than with stock tips depending on how you put it in.It's actually important to put them in properly: you need to squeeze them down completely first, slightly pulling the edges away from the airpods, put in the ear right away and hold with your hand for ~5-10 seconds until memory foam expands and secures the fit. If put in properly, you can forget about them. If not put in properly, they may not sit well, and you can get echo/vacuum feeling like with regular in-canal earphones. They are very well made, fit the AirPods perfectly, and the AirPods with them fit in the case perfectly. I like that they have a mesh inside just like the original tips....The only problem I haven't sorted out with the new tips yet is cleaning them: manufacturer clearly states that alcohol wipes should not be used on memory foam. Should I ... wash them with water? I don't know, I've been rubbing them with a microfiber cloth but it doesn't do much in terms of cleaning. They don't seem to be attracting too much earwax though anyway.
