This book is fantastic! It is helping me be a healthier parent so that I can break the pattern of family dysfunction. Our parents only taught us what they know and unfortunately for many clear boundaries were not learned by many in my generation. This book points out in detail what boundaries are, why we need them and how they impact us as adults. The original Boundaries book is fantastic as well and I read prior to this version. They both have been so helpful in my personal growth and recovery from a very unhealthy relationship. I want nothing more than to break my family's dysfunctional communication and boundary issues so that my daughter can have healthy relationships!

Good for strong-willed children in Christian Families.
This book is full of practical advice and ways for parents to look at why they parent the way they do. It’s is structured so that you could read from front to back or read a specific chapter if you’re looking for something right away. We read one chapter we needed then went back to start the book. You can even get a workbook to go with it!

Get it- you won’t regret it!
THE BEST PARENTING BOOK I’VE READ!I purchased a couple of these for friends and I will continue to- worth it! You can start using tactics right away- don’t have to wait till the end of the book! Makes so much sense and helps me keep my patience as I deal with my difficult daughter (I have 3 but only one is very difficult lol)

The of the best books I have read in a long time.
This is one of the best books I have read in a long time. I am learning so much about myself. So that I can help my kids be the best that they can be. They behavior and outlook on life starts with us their parents.

Great book. As a counselor I have recommended this to numerous parents. It one of my go to books for parents to help them know how to train their children and why it is so necessary. Well written and easy to understand which is a huge plus. Great writers. I totally recommend this one.
