On November 21st 1970, the Grateful Dead played at Sargent s Gym, Boston, and the Allman Brothers played at the Boston Tea Party. It therefore made perfect sense for Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir and Duane Allman to drop by the local WBCN-FM and play some acoustic music over the air.
