High quality set of tools in a compact package.
Simply outstanding. I keep this perfect set of tools nearby at all times. I don't think you'll find more functionality and value in a smaller package, other than perhaps your smartphone! No detail was overlooked in their design. These are some high quality tools.

Nothing Compares
This is the most well thought out set I have ever purchased. I ride dual sports and enduro, wherever I go this is either in my tail bag or backpack. I’ve almost had this set for a year and I exclusively use it for bike maintenance and trail side fixes. The kit is well organized, everything snaps positively in place and the elastic holds everything well. I have never found anything loose in the case from riding rocky terrain or rough roads in a tail bag.The ratchet is great, can act as a screw driver or regular ratchet. Extensions work great for getting to hard to reach places. The wobble extension works fine but I’d rather have a universal joint and instead of the wobble extension just a regular extension would be fine.If you’re on the fence BUY IT NOW. Easily the best purchase I’ve made, and I would definitely get it over the Tool Check Plus. I recommend it to everyone I ride with.

Excellent Tool
This review is for the Wera Zyklop 1/4 inch flex head ratchet. This comes as a kit with sockets and bits. I have several other 1/4 inch flex head ratchets which lack most of the features of the Wera and are too small (see photo 3). I have large hands (athritic) and have a difficult time manipulating small tools. The sockets appear to be 6 point flank drive sockets. All parts of this kit are well finished. In general I prefer metal tool cases. This has a cloth type tool roll with rigid inserts to hold the square shape. It securely keeps all the tools in place and is very well made. The tool roll has a Velcro strip on the back for securing the tool roll for storage. This does have a button to release a socket, which many new ratchets do not have.I do mostly handy man type work and I like how this keeps most of the small bits for fasteners in one tool roll. While this kit has 15 different bits it is missing a few that I commonly use like square and blade bits. This tool kit is expensive but it is by far the best 1/4 inch flex head ratchet I have seen. My previous ratchets were too small and did not have a way to lock the angle. The reenforced tool roll came in a nice cardboard box with slide on lid (see photo 5). The tool roll is labled with a rubber replica of the ratchet. Most tools only come in a cheap plastic bag or hard shell plastic cover.I thought this tool was made in Germany but to my surprise I see it is made in the Czech Rep.

Good Quality Tools!
Great tools! Design is good as well. Ratchet is smooth. Bits have no issue. Eveything is superb. Hope that Wera make these Zyklop ratchets serviceable though.

Compact, well-made and versatile.
Great little tool kit from Wera in Wuppertal, Germany. Easily fits in a car’s glove box or a brief case. For the first few months, I thought the sockets were hard to remove from their plastics holders, but I had missed the design feature that lets you grab the base of the socket, then twist the socket about a quarter of a turn, which unlocks the socket, making it very easy to remove and use. When you put them back, reverse the procedure and lock them in place.

Excellent tool set. Still no tool. Third attempt. Amazon rep no help at all. “Nothing I can do.”
Product is well made and precise. Best I’ve seen in this category. Perfect to transport. However - Had issues still unresolved. This is the second time I received this product. First time the set was missing two parts a socket and the bit holder. Incomplete. Drove to town to return it. Second time the same product was sent with inch SAE sockets - NOT Metric as the order, posting, and box indicated. Another trip into town and more wasted time. Excellent product. But very poor service. Whoever is shipping this product needs to take the time to check what is being sent. I’ve ordered a third time. We’ll see what arrives. Meanwhile I’m wasting time and fuel being the return to the drop off. Amazon rep, “Precious” had little empathy, or interest in my experience and seemed to just want to end the call saying there was nothing she could do. Just return it and reorder. Rep should have offered a discount or gift card to comp me for the trouble. Or at the very least act like my needs are important.

The good, the excellent, and the unexpected meh.
The good: The sockets lock securely into the case, and unlock with a twist (once you discover it).The excellent: These sockets and bits tend to fit on fasteners better than most, the ratchet has less back drag than most, and the swivel head provides a better angle to get on some fasteners than the more usual type. The meh: Reversing the ratchet's direction is usually a two-handed task, the locking feature for the flex head's position has no "unlock" option that would permit additional versatility, the flex lock can be unintentionally used to lock against the direction-change ring resulting in the ratchet no longer ratcheting, the case can become waterlogged and take a long time to dry out, the socket set is missing the seldom-used 9mm size, and the socket size markings are only etched and not stamped into the sockets and bits.Overall, Wera is my second-favorite source for socket sets after Hazet, and I'll take either of them over just about any global brand including Snap-On. Every reputable supplier has some standout items that no one else does as well, and Wera is no exception to that; in this particular set, the hex bits are made to grip the interior of the recess on a socket head cap screw better than just about any other. As a field emergency set to carry on a bike for minor roadside repairs, it's among the best. So why only four stars? The "meh" list is too long. If they added a way to disable the flex-index lock on the ratchet, I would personally award that fifth star. (Somehow, I doubt that this will happen.)
