Originally bought in the 2020 UK COVID-19 lockdown for haircuts, I now use this as a beard trimmer. It's has a very solid, precise feel and a positive action that makes it reassuring to use. The battery seems to last forever and I charge it every few months because I feel I ought to; it's never gone flat on me.As a beard trimmer, the variety of trim lengths up to 14 mm (12 mm attachment + 2 mm adjustment) work fine for a closer beard. If you're heading over to Dumbledore territory, you'd need to look elsewhere but this is great for me and I'd guess for a big percentage of the beards I see daily.I can't really comment on hairstyling because lockdown forced me into having a go and I didn't want to wreck my children's hair so I took the absolute minimum off. Though for just an all-over nothing-to-lose lockdown trim for me, they were fast and easy with good enough results in our untrained hands.Highly recommended, would buy it as a present for people. I can't say "I'd buy it again" as mine looks fantastic and shows absolutely no signs of wear after three years. But if it got nicked or something, I'd buy another one like a shot :-)

Very light weight, my wife finds it easy to use as she has found other brands heavy to hold.Adjustable blade, for a closer shave.Good range of attachments, little bottle of oil to lubricate shaver head, blades. Overall I find the shaver is ideal, does not heat up , low noise, good battery life. A good quality product.

Ok so for the price I was looking for a decent cordless trimmer that's going to do a decent enough job.1st use went well, shaved the back and sides with the 3mm and then finished off with the 8mm on the top.My local barber now charges £12 for a trim which finally prompted me to buy this. Already has nearly paid for itself! Haven't worked out the speeds as they all sound the same and seem to cut the same but hey ho!I recommend simply because of price & performance!

I needed a replacement trimmer and like some others was a bit nervous about using an unfamiliar brand.However, I needn’t have worried; it’s brilliant and excellent value!The supplied instructions refer to it as a beard trimmer, but it includes four plastic combs for trimming hair to specific lengths: 3mm, 6mm, 9mm & 12mm. For those who might not be aware, when barbers refer to a haircut that is either a number 1, number 2, number 3, or number 4, they are referring to these four sizes respectively (i.e., a number 2 is 6mm).It probably wouldn’t suit someone with a really thick or long full head of hair; there are more expensive heavier duty ones for that. But for those with a short hair style and who wish to maintain it, it’s great.I originally, had an old Remington HC600, which I got because I was tired of continually paying some swanky barber just to run their electric clippers over my head (I was starting to lose my hair). That eventually failed and I needed a replacement.This one is much lighter and hold its charge for up to 2 hours and is chargeable from a USB socket (1.5 hrs), though mine had an initial charge already and was usable immediately straight out of the box.

These are excellent quality clippers trimmers feel solid in the hand low noise very easy to use.Great value for money.

Brilliant work great

Bought the trimmer in Nov 2022. Good product, easy to handle and light. Use it at least once a week. Tried using it today after fully charging it but it didn't work. No light no nothing. Re-charged it, green light came on immediately but when taken off the charger, no light and refuse to work.How long should the trimmer work for before packing up?

Was no adapter supplied to connect to normal U.K. bathroom 115/230v sockets, however with a bit of wiggling a Philips shaver plug will fit this unit, however the shaver requires 5v, Philips units appear to run on 15v, unsure if polarity is the same.Appears to have destroyed a significant internal component or set of components.If the unit was fitted with a standard USB input, like USB-C, USB micro or even the squarish USB-B connector this failure would not happen.I understand why they made the unit have this standard razor connector, but using a different voltage invites this sort of issue.Happily there was no fire.Other than this clippers unit failing in under three months have few complaints, for the money was a good device, felt a bit cheap, but it is a bit cheap so that is okay by me. Irksome the clipper hair length adaptors came in multiples of 3mm rather than in the normal standard of eighths of inches, but that only is an issue at 12mm rather than a genuine number 4 (half an inch, 12.7mm), so about 6 percent out, not a problem for normal folk.So, was okay, but now lives in the bin.
