Works great on my induction cooktop
Bought to use on induction cooktop and it is perfect for that - I had none of the warping issues others reported. Even heating and once seasoned is near nonstick. Holds seasoning better than my other carbon steel pans. I put a silicone pad under it to ensure it won’t scratch glass or slide around on cooktop. Great product, especially for the price when compared to the competition. Love it. Only complaint is I wish handles would fold down to be completely flat when storing.

It’s great!!
This is a really nice hunk of steel and to me makes so much more sense than a tabletop griddle. With this I can use it outside on my gas grill, bring it inside and use it on my stove top or in the oven or to the sink for a good cleaning if needed. It seasoned very easily for me with a small amount of lard. Just follow the included instructions. Mine arrived in perfect condition, no rust, dings or misaligned handles. And it arrived two business days faster than expected. (Thank you seller)I’m really happy with it and definitely recommend it if you’re interested in a good griddle top. Oh, and also a very reasonable price and made in The USA. Double Win!!*Update* I’ve been living with this griddle for a while now and have prepared many meals on it. I use it on my grill, my indoor kitchen stovetop and in the oven. Ive found it to be the ideal weight for my use. Heavy enough to take about anything you throw at it but I can still put it in the sink to give it a good scrubbing as needed, then back to the grill for a quick seasoning touch up. Very happy with this griddle and definitely recommended for a versatile piece of quality cookware.

Not the best choice for GE Profile Glass Top Electric
Very thick and well made but not the best for a glass stove top as the pan does warp when heated. My GE Profile glass stove top has a middle heating element between the two left side burners specifically for griddle pans but the pan warps too much to use and spins on the glass cooktop making it unusable. I start the pan at #3 heat for about 10 min then turn up to #5-6, (medium) heat for cooking and even left it on a while hoping it would flatten out more with use. I even tried using some 1/8" metal washers on each corner to keep the griddle from moving while cooking but the warpage was more than the washer thickness so that idea was scrapped. The warped area does go away when cooled and is flat once again but I am able to use it with the middle heating element off. It is still warped during cooking but doesn't spin around on the cooktop with just the two burners going. The griddle is a very good item I just think a glass top electric is not the best use for it compared to a thicker cast iron griddle. I am sure it will do a much better job on a gas stovetop where the heat is not quite so intense and concentrated.

What a delightful monster!
First note, this is a big heavy slab of steal, so if you are a person with issues lifting or holding heavy kitchen implements, this griddle isn't your friend. The loop handles are big enough though that with oven mitts or towels, you should still be able to get your fingers in, so you're not having to lift without your whole hand. Being in the disabled community myself, I know weight issues are a big concern for some folks. That said, that weight is why you'd want one. It holds a ton of heat and covers two burners on your stove for family pancake night, hibachi dinner for two, indoor burgers, whatever. I cleaned it and seasoned only once before using it, and it releases wonderfully even then. Just cook with it, the seasoning will come over time.I will note, if you can get it to your sink while still very warm, and start hot water on it, that will do most of the work to getting her clean. I do have a chain mail scrubber for anything stuck on, but haven't had to do more than a pass or two to dislodge any detritus yet.Overall, I've had no issues with wsrpage, or problems with getting the seasoning to stick, two warning signs of an inferior carbon steel product. I'm very happy with the purchase, we're planning Uncle Buck sized pancakes this year for Christmas and this pan is how! Oh, also serves as a killer pizza steel!

not good for an indoor use, maybe OK for outdoor, issues will still be there, you just may not care.
It is curved rather than flat presumably because of the way it was formed, the problem is that this curve gets more pronounced as it heats so, so when its hot and you are cooking, the thing will spin on the stove-top. on top of that the curve makes it ridiculously difficult to clean, a normal griddle can be scraped with a spatula or a commercial flat-top scraper, but the bowing in this makes that nearly impossible, so not only is it hard to cook with it's hard to clean too.when this showed up I could tell it was going to be a problem, but I wanted to give it a fair shake instead of just returning it right away, I should have just sent it back right away. It's clearly made well, but there is some kind of design flaw that prevents this from being actually useful, it's a real shame.

Heavy solid piece of metal
It’s a chunky piece of metal, that fits well in my Weber grill. I seasoned it when it arrived, and since then been using it as a griddle, mostly for smash burgers. It works fine. Heats up, mostly evenly (though the grill might also not be even), and once it’s hot, using it is a breeze. If I leave it outside for long there might be a bit rust, but it’s easy to clean with some water and a scrub. Nothing sticks to it, it’s heavy and solid.

Warped on first use
I was excited to try this griddle. I am a big cast iron and carbon steel fan. I like that these are heavy duty and made in USA. But sadly, it warped under my (very careful!) first use.I cleaned it and gave it three round of oven seasoning per the instructions. It was completely level on my cooktop after seasoning.I started it on a VERY gentle heat (1/9) on my glass induction cooktop, specifically to avoid warping. I left it on a long preheat. The two burners are identical size. When I walked over to ladle the first cup of pancake batter onto it, it was warped side to side (hot dog bun style). It rocks back and forth, and daylight is visible under the edges. I’m sending it back, but am very disappointed.
