Halogen Light Bulb which emits warm white light and has long operating life. Light bulb operates at (12V) low voltage AC/DC current and is available in various wattage's. They're light bulbs. You know what they do, they're light-emitting resistors. These are neither spectacular or awful, they're inexpensive, and they work. Don't overthink it.

Worked for me
Unfortunately I had to order these 20 bulbs to acquire 1 that would actually fit an older piano light. Figured it would be good to have spares if one didn't work. First one out of the pkg. worked instantly, so I'm a happy camper. I had already returned 2 different bulbs that I thought would work, but were too long and wouldn't even fit into the area for the bulb, plus the cost for one bulb was around $7.

one dead from the start
just received order so can't really rate. first bulb was dead. second worked. hope the others are ok. light intensity is fine.
