Does it have a pocket clip or an eyelet for a string?

Thanks for reaching out! This does not have a pocket clip or eyelet. We'd recommend the Olfa SVR-1 or SVR-2 as they both have pocket clips.

Can this knife use the A1160B 30 degree blades from Olfa?

Yes, this would be the replacement blades for the 9mm Utility Knife.

how does it auto load the new blades?

First you have to remove the old blade. To do that you push the slide all the way out like your extending the blade and once its fully extended the blade is released and you can pull the old blade out. Then to get a new blade just slide the button all the way back like your retracting the blade and when its all the way back it will automatically lock into the hole on the new blade
