These pills are so much better than lactaid! I am very lactose intolerant, but whenever I take this, I experience no discomfort. It honestly helps with overall digestion due to some other ingredients. This size bottle lasts a while since you only need to take 1-2 per meal

You may need to take more than one depending on the amount of dairy you consume. However speaking as someone who experiences excruciating pain within hours of consuming dairy. As well as itching skin and flaking, this!!! Saved me every time! Obviously I still don’t eat dairy every day! It’s a pill not a miracle drug! But when i do, i feel safe having a decent amount!

Recently, I went on vacation and realized I’d forgotten my Lactaid. We had a busy schedule and I resorted to placing a grocery order with Whole Foods for our vacation rental, and Lacto was the only thing they had.Wow! Game changer! While Lactaid helps cut down on the effects of eating lactose (bloat, gas, discomfort, etc), it never made a huge impact and I’ve religiously avoided dairy because of it. However, I knew on vacation I would need to indulge a bit. After two small trial runs with that Lacto, I took two of the pills with a 10 inch pizza (and followed it with Gas X, just to be sure) and felt great!Because I rarely eat this way, I still felt slightly bloated (more like just being pretty full) but was otherwise totally fine. I am VERY sensitive to lactose and other foods as well, and Lacto honestly feels like a little blessing. In fact, I believe I may also have other issues, beyond lactose, with dairy now and Lacto will be go to!

Cheaper to just give up dairy for the rest of my life, was hoping I could have cheese once in a while but needed to take 3-5 pills per meal for best results. Not worth the price.

If you ever want to eat broccoli cheese soup, this is needed. My lactose intolerant vet told me about it, great doctor lol.But seriously you can take it before or after eating the cheese and it's super helpful. I would never have been able to handle broccoli and cheese soup before without anything hardcore. I haven't tried it with plain milk or ice cream but I have too many memories of vomit with those that I don't think I want to, I'll just buy a lactose free milk. But a cheesy meal you could never handle before, this works.

I have such a sensitive stomach and I often get stomach aches from a lot of food that I eat. I bought this pill at a regular Whole Foods on sale just to try it out. I had went to a food market and eat so many products that has dairy, gluten, and that would normally upset my stomach. I took I think three pills and my stomach did not hurt at all. Pill was regular size and easy to swallow it was effective immediately since my stomach didn’t hurt at all. I have never had a lactose pill that worked so fast other brands take a while for the pill to be effective and my stomach still hurts but this one is definitely worth the money. I order two more 30 count pills from Amazon during Black Friday week and got a good price.

Am trying these but not sure how many to use to dose myself. I know it's a subjective thing, but these were recommended by someone who said the brand most commonly found in pharmacies didn't work and these were better. I am trying one capsule based on cost and when eating a serving of ice cream or rissotto. I think the more dairy you consumer the more of these you need. I gave it 3 stars cause it works but I'm not sure about dosage yet.
