I was very annoyed my Switch Pro controller had the left stick drifting after only 4 months, it got worse after that and I decided to do something about it. I'm not interested in unsoldering and adding new analog sticks, but I did want to rip out the disc sensors from some spare ones and replace the ones in my controller. The sensors in my controller were all corroded and were pretty easily replaced. No more stick drift.

Installed 5 so far. Four are perfect and the other has a dead spot that renders it unusable. Sucks to have remove it and waste time.

Worked without any hiccups

I read the reviews and took a risk with the vendor and product. This is a legit product from a satisfied customer. I had drift with a controller and replaced both potentiometer on it with these. I have no drift on Destiny 2 and the sensitivity feels like what you get from a brand new controller. I saved myself a lot of money buying these. My next project is to replace a bumper on another Xbone Controller. Fits like Cinderella.

Definitely, I'll buy it again. The only issue is that it arrived with six legs bent, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Usually, this kind of spare parts are shipped "attached" to a piece of foam (like integrated circuit chips) to avoid this issue. Instead, it arrived just in a small plastic bag, thus most likely the legs were bent while handled with the rest of the mail.Once installed, it was a little bit "stiff", so I understand if FPS fans get a little concerned about it. I'm an RPG fan so I had no problems with it. After 3 hours of playing, it started to feel very close to the original part.This is a difficult spare part to replace, though. Purchase it ONLY if you know how to change it, or you can convince someone to do it for you.

My left analog stick had forward drifting issues so i got these to replace it out. Took me a while since it was my first time soldering it. Hardest part was to taking out old one but everything worked out I saved money buying a new one instead.

Made my Xbox controller unusable, the joystick is extremely sensitive and lacks precision. I recommend removing the original joystick and washing it into isopropyl alcohol before resoldering it to fix drifting.

Swapped my old one out for the new one on my second gen Xbox One controller and it worked flawlessly. It's the one on the table not in the controller yet in the attached pic.

It works, but the sensitivity is insanely high and you need good soldering tools and skills to install it
