Great packaging, quick ship times, easy to install, fit perfect (2020 Grand Design Fifth Wheel), and a quality product! I was hoping to find the GripMax handle on Amazon but did not see it. I ended up ordering the GripLite (the cheaper of the two) to use on my garage entrance door on our toy hauler. For the price this handle is great. Installed in less than 10 min and the door actually closes normally again. The handles that came on my 2020 trailer would not close unless i had the lever pulled while shutting the door and it was getting very frustrating. I orderd the remote locking electronic RVLock door handle for our main door which i would also highly recommend.

Got this today for a replacement for a new second door latch/lock. Heard about RV manufacturers using locks which are keyed alike in a ton of RVs which I guess makes sense for them from a cost stand point. From an owners stand point it's friggin brainless. Thieves aren't above walking around RV campgrounds with keys found lying on the ground just to see how many campers they can get into. You'd think if you pay upwards of 50K and up, you'd have locks with one of a kind codes..anyway.. This is an upgrade in more ways than one. The original was made primarily of plastic and you could feel it. This one is heavier by far..more robust..bigger inside handle and feels like metal inside and out.. Replacement was a breeze..the hardest part was getting it centered and level...now if I could just find some cargo replacements for these keyed alike slam-latch ones..

I replaced the factory installed locks for better peace of mind . Was very easy to do and with today's prices ok as far as cost

We promptly returned this item. It was very cheaply made and felt like it would break when we tried to open the door.

I got this for my camper. Real easy installation, fit perfectly. I do recommend using some lock lube for the key hole as it is dry and sometimes rough to insert key. Other than that, awesome product.

Lock cylinder jammed. Lock would not turn. Only 1 month if use. I called Tasha with Customer Support. She was extremely arrogant, rude and hurried. She told me that we damaged the lock as this is the only way the cylinders would not turn. She further explained that someone must have turned the key too hard to damage the lock. We have owned our RV for 4 years and never had an issue with our factory lock. We had this lock for 3 weeks and it would not open. Thankfully one of our RV windows was open we could still get into the coach. I'm sure these are made in China mass produced. I might have received a lemon. The biggest problem was the lack of care and professionalism of the customer support Tasha. I would never buy anything from someone so rude and not willing to listen. Maybe if she took just a few minutes and widen her knowledge base she could see that there could be another issue with the lock other than our misuse of the lock. It took several minutes of heated discussion to get her to even accept that I was willing to send the lock back at my expense. She finally sent me the mailing instructions, but was so terribly rude and unprofessional.
