Will this work with the Galaxy Tab A7?

I have two Tab A, one is Tab A 8 2019 and Tab A 8.4 2020, this stylus doesn't work well on Tab A 8 2019, writing notes on Word, Onenote or any other writing apps has issues. On Tab A 8.4 2020 is perfect.

how do you connect to Samsung tab? I do not see any self explanatory things settings?

You just need to charge it up and turn it on, there isn't bluetooth connection on it. You would need to disable the "Only S Pen Mode" for Samsung Tab
