I wanted to give this 5 star because the color is a stunning red just as shown in the photos. I had no issues getting it to click together or even installing it where in the past some replacements have needed some additional adjustments where buttons hole were just not wide enough to avoid buttons getting stuck in. Not the case with, well this case. The issue i did find was the edges were extremely sharp and whilst sliding it out of the packaging it gave me a slight paper cut sized cut. The edges had no been sanded or smoothed down to avoid this but this could have been a one in a million production mishap. I just can not give it 5 stars because of that and that alone. I will say however it is tough. I have dropped the controller and even had my cats knock it of my desk multiple times and it shows no signs of chips or scratches. It has lost some color over time but this is expected.

Love it
The texture feels really nice and smooth. Love the colour too.Getting the original face plate is the most difficult part and I needed more than the one tool provided but luckily I had another. Once the hard part is over though the replacement of the new plates is really easy. Fits on really easy.

Didn't fit but great colour and service
The shell didn't fit my controller even after I had tried a replacement. The colour looks great and the customer service was quick and helpful!

Good Replacement
This is a good replacement for your series 2 controller fits great, plastic clips are more fragile than the original if you have to remove it again but still works great with a couple of broken clips, 4 stars due to the removal tool being easy to damage making removal of the face plate hard
